Potential-Entfaltung von Menschen und Gruppen ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt in meinerArbeit, ob als

• Beraterin und Begleiterin von Organisationen und Unternehmen,
• als Trainerin für Kommunikation und Führung oder
• als Coach für Teams und Einzelpersonen .

Wertschätzung, Empathie, Vertrauen, Mut und kraftvolles Handeln sind Weg und Ziel meiner Arbeit. Dabei entstehen erfolgreiche und befriedigende Zusammenarbeit und Verbindung von Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft, Kulturen, Bildung und Rollen und Verantwortungen.

Und immer geht es um erfahrungs-orientiertes Lernen und Entwicklungsprozesse, welche zu verkörperten Wissen, bewusstem Handeln und systemischen Denken führen. 

In Deutschland geboren und aufgewachsen, mit japanischer Herkunft, lebe ich mit meinem Mann und meinen zwei fast erwachsenen Töchtern in der Nähe von Heidelberg.

Ich bin Mitgründerin der Frei-Aktiven-Montessori-Grund- und Hauptschule Kraichgau.

Meine Tankstellen sind Tanz und Bewegung, Stille und Meditation.

Born and raised in Germany, with Japanese origins, I am now located with my husband and almost adult daughters close to Heidelberg.

I am a co-founder of the primary school and junior high school “Freie Aktive Montessori-Schule Kraichgau”.

I reload my batteries with dance and movement, stillness and meditation.
